YES! I want everyone to be safe and secure when receiving and wearing their products. Just in case you are in an unsafe situation, the sender name is "TQB" so it is not openly labeled as a queer shop.

If you don't feel comfortable putting your preferred name on the shipping address but still wanted it to be used, you can let us know on your account or in shipping. I want each note to be personalized, but I also value your safety.

You must make sure the address and name are correct when filling out shipping information and make the item as a gift to avoid confusion.

Our bracelets are designed to be worn and enjoyed daily, however exposure to natural wear and tear along with perfumes, body sprays, sunscreen, and chlorine may cause the colors to fade over time. To maintain their vibrancy, we recommend minimizing contact with these elements whenever possible. However, if you are having an issue very early on with your product, please reach out to us and we will find a solution! (Sometimes manufacturing can be poor and I am still working out what colors are having the most problems)
