For many of the technical aspects of this website - such as online accounts, online accessibility, payment processing,  and more - I, Alexander Guerrero, have been in charge of implementing these functionalities and have therefore made executive decisions to ensure thequeerbucket.com can function properly.

In the case of damaged or lost product during the shipping process, the best course of action to take is to email Nova at novawova1333@gmail.com.If you’re are not satisfied with your product after a week of receiving it, you may request a refund, return, or replacement. However explicit proof of damage or dissatisfaction must be provided upon request for said request to be processed. Nova pledges that: "I want my customers to be satisfied and pleased with their purchases as well as the services we provide here at The Queer Bucket."
